A drawing competition attracts children no matter which language they speak and which nationality they have. Children love drawing Max, Copenhagen Airport’s mascot, as can be seen from the many contributions sent from Denmark and abroad to Copenhagen Airport’s website.

Copenhagen Airport focuses on passengers travelling with children. Both in the terminals, with their play areas, shops and many other facilities for children, and also on the airport’s website, where there is a complete section dedicated to these young passengers. The section contains practical information for passengers travelling with children, and also a drawing competition, which is very popular.

"We receive drawings from all over Denmark. And we have also received drawings from abroad, for example from the United States, Sweden, France and even all the way from India. We connect Scandinavia with the rest of the world, and we therefore also focus on the many children travelling through our airport. In addition, we want to involve the users of our website. We can see that children like Max and the drawing competition," said Anette Haaning, Communications Director of Copenhagen Airports.

All children are welcome to submit drawings of Max and have their drawing shown on the airport’s website. Each month, lots are drawn for a gift among the drawings submitted.
