London Luton Airport has launched a state of the art multilingual passenger communication system.
The system known as Aviavox has the ability to communicate in 9 different languages and is linked to the flight departure schedule bringing benefit to passengers. The system is capable of broadcasting important information in the language relevant to passengers travelling on particular flights and varies languages and message content in different parts of the airport.
The system has proved particularly useful in conveying security messages helping to speed up passengers journey through the Airport. This is essential during the peak months of the year as London Luton continues to see passengers numbers increasing, bucking the trend of the London Airports market.
Managing Director Glyn Jones said ?Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. London Luton Airport continually assesses the needs of its passengers and business partners and aims to provide the best possible service to them. The introduction of this fantastic new system for our passengers demonstrates our commitment to this.?
